These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, games, and services provided by Chikati Studio ("we", "us", or "our") — an independent web games studio operated by an individual developer — at chikatistudio.com (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that any information you provide is accurate.

Some features let you create an account, including by signing in with Google. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login and for all activity under your account. 4. Our games & fair play

Our games are designed to be fair. We do not sell competitive advantages or "pay-to-win" benefits. Gameplay balance, features, and content may change over time as we develop and improve our games. We may add, modify, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

5. Intellectual property

The Service, including its games, code, artwork, logos, text, and design, is owned by Chikati Studio and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and play the games for your own non-commercial enjoyment. You may not copy, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from the Service without our written permission.

6. Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party providers — such as Google Sign-In and cloud hosting — and may link to third-party sites. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Chikati Studio and the individual behind it will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service. Because the Service is provided free of charge, our total aggregate liability to you for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months before the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability — will survive.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at the principal place of operation of Chikati Studio, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and subject to any mandatory consumer protections available to you under your local law. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Significant changes will be communicated where reasonable. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
